（1675或1680—1733）清福建漳浦人，字玉霖，一字云锦，号鹿洲。蓝廷珍堂弟。读书能文，熟悉闽浙沿海情形。朱一贵起事时，从廷珍入台，襄助办理善后，主张垦辟台湾土地，谓若“废置空虚”，“即使内乱不生，寇自外来，将有日本、荷兰之患”。雍正初，被召入京，与修《一统志》。授广东普宁知县，被诬罢官。事明，授广州知府，寻卒。有《鹿洲集》、《平台纪略》等。
