姜彧（1218～1293） 字文卿。本莱州莱阳人，其父姜椿与历城张荣有旧，因避战乱投奔张荣，遂举家迁往济南。姜彧聪颖好学，张荣爱其才，纳为左右司知事，不久升其为郎中断事官、参议官。后改知滨州，课民种桑，新桑遍野，人号“太守桑”。至元间，累官至行台御史中丞。至元五年（1268年），姜彧被拜为治书侍御史。两年后出任河北河南道提刑按察使，又改任信州路（治今江西上饶）总管。后累官至陕西汉中、河东山西道提刑按察使，行台御史中丞。后以老病辞官，归故里济南。不久奉命任燕南河北道提刑按察使。至元三十年（1293年）二月病卒。存词四首，皆赖晋祠石刻以传，见清方履篯《金石萃编补》。
