送你的鸳鸯衣带长，你莫见怪，我身体瘦弱也承受不了歌舞挥动的强求。负心的人只贪心去寻花问柳，去向何方？依旧寻欢作乐、追求声色、放纵轻浮。
又一个凄苦的春天在悲伤中过去，心中无限惆怅。琴长久不弹，弦早已断了，管长久不吹，已落满尘土，与这两件东西为伴的是女人的啼妆。若不信请回未看看，怕相见，自己的憔悴容颇见不得他。
注释
定风波：词牌名，唐教坊曲。以五代欧阳炯所作为正格。双调62字，平韵仄韵互用。又名《定风流》、《定风波令》、《醉琼枝》。
鸳鸯绣带：绣有鸳鸯花纹的衣带，男女定情信物之一。
腰轻：细腰，这里代指瘦弱的身体。不胜：无法承担，承受不了。
薄幸：薄情，负心。
系马：拴马。恣：任凭。轻狂：放浪，轻浮。
断弦：琴弦断绝。尘管：乐器陈旧。啼妆：泪湿容妆。
归来：从良。
憔悴（qiáo cuì）：黄瘦，困顿。

定风波·感旧创作背景
宋神宗熙宁六年（1073年）三月的一天，陈襄宴请苏颂、苏轼，席上有歌妓唱曲。宋神宗熙宁七年（1074年）暮春，苏轼在返回杭州的途中回忆起歌妓唱的曲，作该词。

定风波·感旧鉴赏
上片写感旧，写一歌妓独处深闺的怨恨和相思。第一、二句写歌妓自我申辩，承担不起绣有鸳鸯花纹的衣裳。歌妓这些感情的困扰，压抑的痛苦，是负心郎对歌妓的偏见造成的，表达了词人对人性不平等的悲观，“莫怪”，“不胜”都强烈地反映了女性的抗争。第三、四、五句写歌妓对负心郎行为的披露。在“垂杨系马”处，负心郎依旧“游冶”、“轻狂”。“薄幸”是披露负心郎薄情，“游冶”是披露负心郎寻欢作乐。“贪”是披露负心郎追求声色，“态轻狂”是披露负心郎放纵轻浮。词人点明这些披露，为的是追求女性平等，追求社会心理平衡。这种主张不向男性妥协而奋心抗争，是词人为女性追求人性平等、推动社会进步的表现。
下片写伤今，写歌妓被冷落后的遭遇、抗争与矛盾心态。前三句描绘歌妓被冷落后的遭遇。“花谢”、“絮飞”、“春又尽”，不仅点明了他们分手的时间，而且点明了他们情爱已经到了尽头。令人痛恨的是，情感又陷人“断弦”、“尘管”、“啼妆”之中，令歌妓流泪怨愁。这是控诉和反抗，是女性可贵的觉醒。最后发出自信的呼唤，不信以往的道路走错了，坚信自己看准的道路要走下去。然而，歌妓终于从痛苦中发现，夫妻关系的失败会导致人生全盘皆输，歌妓又不得不向负心郎妥协，压抑着自己的人性平等、人格尊严。“怕见”负心郎“动于颜色”，还把希望寄托于张生与莺莺式的“不为傍人羞不起，为郎憔悴却羞郎”的良心发现。这种抗争、矛盾、妥协与良心发现，反映了歌妓的也是词人的思想局限性。
全词用第一人称的写作手法，叙述了一位被丈夫冷落的歌妓为了人性平等而抗争的故事。这是中国歌妓在宋代社会追求人身自由与尊严解放的一位杰出代表。该词的意义就在于向世人呼吁，追求女性平等与女性尊严是人类历史永恒的主旋律，必须长久地演奏下去。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
