朝发邺都桥，暮济白马津。
逍遥河堤上，左右望我军。
连舫逾万艘，带甲千万人。
率彼东南路，将定一举勋。
筹策运帷幄，一由我圣君。
恨我无时谋，譬诸具官臣。
鞠躬中坚内，微画无所陈。
许历为完士，一言犹败秦。
我有素餐责，诚愧伐檀人。
虽无铅刀用，庶几奋薄身。
从军诗五首·其四译文及注释
译文
早晨从邺都桥出发，傍晚就渡过白马津。
悠然地漫步在河堤之上，四处都能看到我方的士兵。
相连的战船超过一万艘，穿着铠甲的将士成千上万。
出征的队伍沿着东南方向的道路前进，将建立一举平定孙权的功勋。
作战的计谋策划于中军帐中，一切的计谋都有圣明的主公决断。
可惜我没有适合时宜的计谋，只是一个充数的臣僚罢了。
我兢兢业业地置身于杰出人才之间，微小的计谋都提不出来。
许历是一个普通将士，都能提出打败秦军的计策。
我享受着俸禄，提不出计策，实在愧对那些有功的人。
我虽然才力低下，也希望用微薄的力量去奋斗。
注释
济：渡过。白马津：渡口名，在今河南滑县东北，距邺都百余里。
逍遥：悠游自得的样子。
舫（fǎng）：船。连舫：船船相连。逾：超过。
带甲：指全副武装的士兵。甲：古代军人作战是穿的护身服装。千万人：极言其多。
率：循，沿着。东南路：孙权在东南方，故言。
定：成功。一举勋：一举成就的大功业。
筹策：计谋。帷幄：军用的帐篷。
一由：全凭。圣君：指曹操。
时谋：适时的计谋。
诸：“之于”的合音。具官臣：充数之臣。具：充作。这里是诗人自谦之词。
鞠躬：原意是恭敬，这里是效力、服务的意思。中坚：古代主将所在的中军部队，是全军主力。这里指军队中最重要的部门。
微画：小小的计谋。画，谋划、计策。
许历：赵国人，曾为赵奢出谋划策而败秦军。完士：凡士，普通人。
一言：一席话，此指计策。
素餐：无功而受禄.
伐檀：指《诗·魏风·伐檀》篇。
铅刀：铅质的刀，言其饨劣，喻才力低下。诗人自谦之词。
庶几：表希冀之词。薄身：微小的力量。

从军诗五首·其四鉴赏
全诗可分为三段，“朝发邺都桥”到“将定一举勋”为第一段，诗中歌颂了“带甲千万人”、“将定一举勋”为统一而战的战争，作者漫步河提之上，眼望着严整的军旅和无数的战船，心中充满着必胜的信念。
“筹策运帷幄”到“微画无所陈”为第二段，该段歌颂了曹操的智勇，同时又为自己在统帅运策帷幄，指挥若定之际，不能替曹操出谋献策而惭愧。
剩下四句为第三段，作者表明他要向许历一样，不惜自身微薄之力，也要决心竭诚尽力投入征战。
全诗格调激昂浑厚，有声威有其实，也有情感的波动。
