译文
三年间我的梦魂时时飞向吴中故园路。我送只传信的黄犬，随你返回故土。若到松江呼唤小舟摆渡，切莫惊吓了鸥鸟白鹭。吴中四桥的河湾渡口，当年都是我常游的去处。
我曾像王维描绘《辋川图》那样，细细品味吴中暮春景物，也常常吟诵王右丞的诗句。定个还乡的归期天公已应许，身上春衫还是小蛮的细针密线，曾浸湿了西湖依依的泪雨。
注释
伯固：苏轼诗友苏坚，字伯固，随苏轼在杭州三年。
②黄犬：狗名。这里用此典表示希望常通音信。
《辋川图》：唐王维于蓝田清凉寺壁上曾画《辋川图》。
小蛮：歌妓名。这里指苏轼侍妾朝云。
青玉案·送伯固归吴中鉴赏
这是首送人之作，作于公元1092年（元祐七年）。此词上阕抒写作者对苏坚归吴的羡慕和自己对吴中旧游的思念。用“黄犬”这一典故，表达出盼伯固回吴后及时来信。“呼小渡”数句细节传神，虚中寓实，给对方一种“伴你同行”的亲切感。下阕抒发了自己欲归不能的惋惜，间接表达对官海浮沉的厌倦。就伯固之“归”，抒说自己之“归计”。
在众多的送别词中，苏轼的这首《青玉案》可谓别具一格。一方面作者为送客而作，一方面自己还客居他乡，是为“客”中送客之作。整首词中心在于一个“归”字，既是羡慕苏坚归吴中，亦是悲叹自己归梦难成。“作个归期天定许”一句，奇境别开，明知不可归而犹言“天定许”，思归之情，倍见殷切。“小蛮针线”则显出宦游天涯之可衰，情真意切，其意境绝非柳永“针线闲拈伴伊坐”（《定风波》）之类小儿女语所可比拟。“作个归期天定许，春衫犹是，小蛮针线，曾湿西湖雨。”“归期天定许”写苏轼迫切思归与亲人爱侣团聚，特借白居易所宠爱的善舞妓人小蛮，喻指其爱妾朝云，朝云亲手缝制的春衫“曾湿西湖雨”，为“天注定”做一注脚：天公有情，为朝云之相思而洒泪雨，淋湿词人春衫，岂非“天定许”吗？全词写词人思念朝云，写法婉曲，含蓄深沉。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
