忆昔花间相见后，只凭纤手，暗抛红豆。人前不解，巧传心事，别来依旧，辜负春昼。
碧罗衣上蹙金绣，睹对对鸳鸯，空裛泪痕透。想韶颜非久，终是为伊，只恁偷瘦。
贺明朝·忆昔花间相见后鉴赏
这首词是写女子思念男子。
上片“忆昔”直贯到“巧传心事”，追忆花间定情。“别来”二句是对现实即分别后的感叹：两情虽然深厚，可惜不能共处而辜负了春光。
下片也分两层，第一层是睹罗衣上的对对鸳鸯而怀念情人，泪湿衣襟；第二层从反面表达女主人公对男子的忠贞爱情，虽青春不常，但为他憔悴，也不后悔。语言坚决，情感真挚。
欧阳炯两首《贺明朝》都极为浓艳，上接温庭筠，下开柳屯田。
