译文
我不相信春天会讨厌老年人，老年人还能送走几个残春？尽情地惜春行乐吧。且不要嫌沉溺行乐太多太频。
美丽的笑容，艳情的歌曲，都特别符合我的情味。我爱花爱酒简直要爱得发狂，也不怕你嗔怪责备。因为物性人情，只有在大醉中才最纯真实惠。
注释
醉中真：词牌名，即浣溪沙。
厌：厌弃，抛弃。芳春：指春天。
几度：几回，几次。
莫辞频：不要因太多而推辞。
巧笑：娇媚的笑容。艳歌：美妙的歌喉，有说指描写有关爱情的歌辞。皆我意：都合我的意思。
恼：引逗撩拨。颠：癫狂。拚（pàn）：宁愿，甘愿。瞋（chēn）：同“嗔”，指怒目而视。
物情：物理人情。真：真情，纯真。

醉中真·不信芳春厌老人创作背景
作为宋代帝王的宾裔，同时其妻又为宗室之女，贺铸在仕途上并没有人们所想的那样飞黄腾达，反而是一生抑郁不得志。贺铸后来找了个寂静之处，纵情于山水诗酒，过起了隐居生活。尽管如此，他仍经常对社会现实流露出愤懑不平之气，此篇即为词人晚年抒怀之作

醉中真·不信芳春厌老人鉴赏
这首小令以乐观豁达的态度表现了年老心不老、珍惜春日、及时行乐的豪情。但是在佯狂的腔调中，似也有愤懑不平的声音，寄寓着无尽的壮志难酬之情。
上片写暮年惜春的情怀，寓有垂老之叹。起笔写“不信芳春厌老人”言辞耿直率真：“我不相信春天真的会讨厌老人，其实年华已逝的老人，还能拥有几个春天呢？”率性的表白韵味十足。“厌”字将春天拟人化，形象生动。“老人几度送余春”写老人每年都是依依不合地送走了春天，深入地表达了老人对春天的热爱与惋惜。“惜春行乐莫辞频”写老人要用实际的行动来珍惜春光，在春天里要及时行乐。只有这样，才能让自己的晚年生活更快乐。在倡导及时行乐的同时，也表现出作者在现实生活中无所作为的愤慨和无奈。
下片写惜春行乐之态。“巧笑艳歌皆我意，恼花颠酒拼君嗔”，写作者回忆起了自己年轻时的风流快活，听歌观舞，赏花饮酒，不亦乐乎。“恼”、“颠”，“拼”三个字则表现出了作者在行乐中癫狂的状态，以至于忘乎所以，直到赏花赏得花恼，饮酒饮得酒颠。这种忘我的状态暗喻着作者对现实的失意，借行乐饮酒麻醉自己，更添了几许无奈与悲凉。末句“物情唯有醉中真”一句点明自己醉酒癫狂的原因，只有这样，才能使自己获得超脱于尘俗的乐趣。这是呼吁人们去从酒杯中寻找感情释放的乐趣。但透过词人表面上沉溺于醉乡的佯狂姿态，不难体会其内心升腾起的一股愤懑不平之气，不难看出他对人生不得志的无奈和挣扎。
这首词没有委婉曲折的隐晦之语，句句都是直抒胸臆，豪放而洒脱，给人一种疏旷之感。
全篇情致优美，语简意丰，意境深远、富有哲理，是作者思想性和艺术性统一的佳作。

贺铸(1052～1125) 北宋词人。字方回，号庆湖遗老。汉族，卫州（今河南卫辉）人。宋太祖贺皇后族孙，所娶亦宗室之女。自称远祖本居山阴，是唐贺知章后裔，以知章居庆湖（即镜湖），故自号庆湖遗老。
