译文
钓鱼的玄真子头戴斗笠，顶着天上正在下雨的云，周围青山环绕，细雨洒落在青绿色的蓑衣上，春江江面上辽阔苍茫。白鹭飞来的时候风吹得满船都是。收钓线了，站在旁边的渔童和樵青都高兴地拍着手笑。
天光和月色一同映照着小船，在船上居住的时候是不去分辨早晨还是傍晚的。喝醉了酒，面对着城市的繁华和喧闹冷眼相看。我若在烟波浩瀚的江湖中终老一生，怎么还能招惹世俗社会上的无聊烦恼呢。
注释
渔家傲：词牌名之一，北宋流行。也是曲牌名，南北曲均有。
玄真子：唐代诗人张志和。
笠（lì）：用竹或草编成的帽子，亦称斗笠。
嶂（zhàng）：高险如屏障的山峰。
蓑（suō）：蓑衣，用草或棕制成，遮雨所用。
渺（miǎo）：形容水面辽阔浩瀚。
棹（zhào）：指船。
纶（lún）：钓鱼线。
渔童、樵（qiáo）青：张志和的奴婢。
太虚：天空，天光。
浮家泛宅：指以船为家。
昏晓：黄昏与拂晓。

南宋词人张元干为了给玄真子图题词而创作了这首词。

渔家傲·题玄真子图鉴赏
开头一句，勾勒出一幅远山环绕着春江，烟雾四处迷茫而渔翁独钓的优美画面。“白鸟飞来”二句，生动地描述了具有无穷乐趣的渔家生活。如果说张志和《渔父》词是一幅斜风细雨垂钓图，表现了词人浸沉在江南春色的自然美景之中的欣快心情，那么，词人的词所写则是静中有动，如闻喧闹之声而不见其来自何处，是一幅细雨迷蒙的春江垂钓的有声画，表现了词人对充满诗情画意的江南景色的喜爱以及对自由自在的渔家生活的热情向望。
“明月”二句，境界由动入静，清静幽远，反映了词人不愿与世俗同流的举世皆醉我独醒的心情。“醉眼”三句，直接抒发了词人不羡慕功名利禄，摆脱世俗烦恼的超然物外的旷达情怀。“闲烦恼”指一种不必认真的烦恼。南宋沈瀛《水调歌头》：“枉了闲烦闲恼，莫管闲非闲是，说甚古和今。”表露词人终身浪迹江湖的飘逸情致，而用“烟波老”三字，不仅表现词人蔑视“城市闹”的繁华景象深层意念，又是词人忘却一切世俗烦恼的落脚点。词以情作结，真切自然，与句首的垂钓景象相呼应，构成一种情景交融的意境
词的上片主要写景，由景入情，下片着重抒情，融情入景。全词艺术构思新颖，自辟蹊径，不落陈套描绘一位不求功名利禄，流连山水的渔翁形象，既道出玄真子的心事，又借以表达出词人自己的真情。

元干出身书香门第。其父名动，进士出身，官至龙图阁直学士，能诗。张元干受其家风影响，从小聪明好学，永泰的寒光阁、水月亭是他幼年生活和读书处。十四五岁随父亲至河北官廨（在临漳县）已能写诗，常与父亲及父亲的客人唱和，人称之“敏悟”。
