译文
在京城的数年中，因闲散无聊而沉浸于美酒佳人，纵情游逛在京城的大道闹市。被良辰美景和珍美佳筵以及佳人天生的美好动人的风韵所撩拨。佳人朱唇开启，一边唱着明亮而幽美的歌，一边不停地敬劝美酒。被推举为艺足才高的我，处处都特别得到美女的挽留。
名利如同浮云，我将不顾一切将它放弃。是非莫要挂在心头，富贵岂能听命于人，时运来的时候我的高尚志向一定能实现。不要无端地忧愁，与佳人共醉相恋，醉后去往佳人华丽闺房和她相依而睡，想想看，除了这样之外我别无他求。
注释
⑴如鱼水：词牌名，《乐章集》注“仙吕调”，双调九十四字，上片九句六平韵，下片九句七平韵。
⑵帝里：指北宋京城汴京。疏散（sǎn）：疏放散漫，不受拘束。谢灵运《过白岸亭》：“未若长疏散，万事恒抱朴。”
⑶酒萦（yíng）花系：被美酒和美女牵绊。
⑷九陌：汉代长安街有八街、九陌。后来泛指都城大路。狂游：纵情游逛。高启《送张员外从军越上》：“刀头装得愿酬恩，知是狂游广州客。”
⑸良景：好景，美景。珍筵（yán）：华贵的筵会。恼：撩拨。王安石《夜宜》：“春色恼人眠不得，月移花影上栏干。”
⑹琼瓯（ōu）：玉杯，此处代指美酒。
⑺绛（jiàng）唇：红唇。清幽：形容歌声清亮幽雅。
⑻举措：举出而安置之，这里有重视、抬举的意思。
⑼在处：到处；处处。张籍《赠别王侍御赴任陕州司马》：“京城在处闲人少，惟共君行并马蹄。”别得：特别得到。
⑽拚（pàn）：舍弃。休：句末语气助词。施耐庵《水浒传》：“武松笑道：‘却才去肚里发一发，我们去休。’”
⑾时：时运。酬：实现愿望。李频《春日思归》：“壮志未酬三尺剑，故乡空隔万重山。”
⑿绿蚁：新酿的酒还未滤清时，酒面浮起酒渣，色微绿（即绿酒），细如蚁（即酒的泡沫），称为“绿蚁”。白居易《问刘十九》：“绿蚁新醅酒， 红泥小火炉。”红粉：本指女子化妆用的胭脂与铅粉，后引申代指女子。相尤：这里有相得益彰的意思。尤，优异，突出。
⒀绣幄（wò）：绣花的帷帐。此指女子的闺房。

如鱼水·帝里疏散创作背景
观词中内容，此词应作于《鹤冲天·黄金榜上》之后不久，也就是柳永初试落第之后.然具体创作年份则无法考证。若将此词与《鹤冲天·黄金榜上》加以对比，其心里情绪之变化，简直判若两人。

如鱼水·帝里疏散鉴赏
柳永一生并没有放弃对功名利禄的追求，他在求之遇挫之时、求之未得之后，往往流连于舞榭歌台、酒楼妓馆，以感官上的享受，暂时平复内心的失落与不平。《如鱼水》就是一首反映柳永这种人生态度与心理历程的词。
词的上片写柳永在汴京不受拘束、“酒萦花系”的生活，按照词意，大致可分为三层。“帝里疏散”三句为第一层，概写在帝都的不受拘束、“酒萦花系”的生活。宋太宗至道元年（公元995年），柳永时年九岁，自故里崇安来到汴京，一直到中进士之前，除了于宋真宗景德年间出游三年外，一直住在汴京。期间除士子学业外，常常往来于歌妓酒馆，大多数时候是以在妓女中填词讨润笔为目的的，但也不排除其浪荡的一面。故柳永说自己“数载酒萦花系，九陌狂游”是实写，非泛泛之言。接下来，“良景对珍筵恼”四句为第二层，具体描写在帝都的不受拘束、“酒萦花系”的生活，有“良景”，有“珍筵”，这些就是前面说的“酒萦”了，光有“酒萦”还不够，还要有“花系”，于是“佳人”出来“劝琼瓯”了，并且为了给饮酒助兴，又“绛唇启”，唱起歌来，歌声是清亮幽雅的。接下来，“被举措”二句为第三层，写此中的自己“艺足才高”，博得“艳姬”分外的青睐。
过片换头，词人虽直言“浮名利，拟拚休。是非莫挂心头”，要撒手名利，忘却是非，但他毕竟未能完全忘情于世事，也决不肯轻掷自己的天赋才华，所以他在这里加了一个“拟”字。接下来他又高唱“富贵岂由人，时会高志须酬。莫闲愁”，大似李白“长风破浪会有时”、“天生我才必有用”的气概。但柳永毕竟没有李白的狂放，他唱起这些高调显得有些底气不足，于是最后还是走向“绿蚁”、“红粉”的温柔乡中，进入“除此外”更“何求”的无奈境地。在这里不要忽略了“除此外何求”前的那一个“算“字。透过这个“算“字，我们知道，柳永曾反复地掂量、算计过“此外”的种种活法，不言而喻，“算”的结果是路路难通，于是才不得不落到“此”中来。这实在是柳永无奈的选择。
全词并没有更深的思想内涵，构思、布局，也无甚可观。在语言上，“良辰对珍宴恼“与“时会高志须酬“二句分别用句中对，反而有失流畅之美，又与词中“举措”、“在处”，“拚休”等口语显得有些不谐和；而“向绣幄，醉倚芳姿睡”一语，又未免低俗。
词的价值在于，柳永坦诚直率地把一个真实的自我剖析给世人，毫不掩饰、造作、矫情，这是柳水的难得之处，也是他的可贵之处这首词使我们真切地了解到柳永其人性格、生活、思想的一些重要侧面。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
