译文
红板桥头秋天的夜晚。月色映着淡淡的雾气。堤边垂柳映照在水中，显出一片碧色。重新回忆起当初分别时的情景，拉起妻子的手，泪水不停的流下来。水中波浪很急隋堤很远，船帆举起来。时光过得很快，怎奈归期被阻隔。
现在春天快过去了，渐渐的飘起了柳絮。美好的光景总是无心欣赏。房门虚掩，空有小屏，却无心去看。归心似箭，但恋人在何处呢？漫漫长夜香被很暖，但谁能与共呢？与他深切的约定，他还记得吗？
注释
迷神引：词牌名，柳永自制曲，《乐章集》注“中吕调”。双调九十七字，上片十一句六仄韵，下片十三句六仄韵。
红板桥：有泛指和专指，泛指谓红色栏杆之桥，专指则谓汴京顺天门外之板桥。从词中所写，知其为专指。秋光暮：秋天的夜晚。
烟：雾气。煦（xù）：温暖；暖和。
寒溪蘸碧：寒冷的溪水如同蘸了染料一样清澈。寒：微微的秋寒。
垂杨：即垂柳，古人将杨柳混称，故云。
重（chóng）分飞：重新回忆起当初分别时的情景。分飞，分别。
隋堤：汴河大堤，因筑于隋代，故名。
倏忽：忽然，时间过得很快。
向期阻：怎奈归期却被阻隔。向，怎向。
花絮：柳絮。
孤负：辜负。孤，古同“辜”。
小屏：即小屏风，室内陈设物，亦有置于炕头者，谓之炕屏，能映人影。
仙乡：仙人所居处，借称所爱者的居处。
遥夜：长夜。

迷神引·红板桥头秋光暮创作背景
柳永秋季离开汴京者只有两次：一次是少年远游时，一次是庆历四年自苏州赴成都经汴京时。但庆历四年为西行，而词中谓“波急隋堤远”显然为南行之证，据此，知此词写于柳永少年远游江浙时的第二年春天。

迷神引·红板桥头秋光暮鉴赏
这是一首女子思念恋人的词，与《乐章集》中同类题材不同的是，它从秋日的水边分别写到春日的洞房遥念，以时间的推移为线，时间的跨度相当大。
上片主要写秋日离别。着重谊染惨淡、冷寂的自然景色，以及分别时的凄惨情景。首句“红板桥头”是分别之地，“秋光暮”是分别之时。以下三句是分别之景：夜雾笼罩，月色惨淡，水边大路垂杨成行，柳枝悬垂，沾浸着寒冷的碧水。淡月、寒溪、垂杨等意象，渲染着凄凉、依恋的气氛。在上述的氛围之中，以下二句、九字，直写分别情景：“重分飞，携纤手、泪如雨”。这“携纤手泪如雨”与《雨霖铃·寒蝉凄切》之“执手相看泪眼”形似而实不同。“执手”二句是从双方落笔，二人相互执手，相看泪眼；而此二句，从一个“纤”字可知，这情景所写的是女子眼中的男人，他正紧紧地握住女子的“纤手”，泪落如雨。这是动态与悄思的描写；而前面的“重分飞”三字则是女子对这位恋人内心的认知，自古道：“商人重利轻别离。”这位男子显然不同，他是重情重义重别离的人，绝不会为名为利而轻易弃置爱情。柳词中有不少词作是从自身的角度抒写与爱人分离的无奈，这一首却是从所爱女子的口吻道出，分量自是不同，它反映出彼此之间心心相知之深，因而也可以说这女子是哀而无怨的。
但无论怎样伤别，“分飞”毕竟是无法改变的事实，于是以下二句再从女子的眼中写男子登上水路行程。波之“急”，帆之“举”，意味着舟行之速，促使离人速速远去，离人的身影也就迅速地从送别人的眼前消失，离恨自在其中。堤之“远”，使人体味到其中包蕴着离恨的绵长、悠远；这里又运用了“隋堤”的意象，遍植垂柳的“隋堤”作为一种送别“符号”，自然更加重了离恨中的不舍之情，依恋之意。至此，秋日离别已写尽。
最后以岁月的飞速流逝与旧日期约的受阻结束上片，“倏忽年华改，向期阻。”这虽是两个叙述句，但此中包含了一个较长的时间流程，成为连接秋日分别与下片春日相思的过渡。
过片换头“时觉春残”一句，明写出时光已自秋暮进入残春，呼应上片，由后句可知，恋人已是超过了预先约定的归期。由于恋人的不归而“长孤负”了春日的“好夕良天”。既然没有心思欣赏春色，故词中自然不再有春景的描绘，现在只有“渐渐飘花絮”这一典型的残春景象，表现着春光的最后一抹印迹，又包含着青春流逝的悲哀，同时也暗示了自己对这一段爱情能否长久的担忧。
春已将逝，无心赏春，所以词的描写空间转入“洞房”之中。“洞房闲掩，小屏空、无心觑”。“闲掩”二字，明写洞房之门，实写门内人的孤寂，百无聊赖；“空”字明写小小画屏的闲置，实写屏旁人的冷清、寂寞空虚，因此她对洞房内的一切同样“无心觑”。她一心想着恋人，但恋人仙乡杳远，不知何处，天边那缥缈无定、不可捉摸的“归云”，正与恋人的情况相仿，故而她不免“指归云”、望“仙乡”而叹路杳、伤“何处”了。
以下，时间自白昼而进入“通夜”，“香衾暖，算谁与”所写虽涉风情，却不鄙俗、不露骨，亦是相思之情的明白流露。由此，她不能不对恋人产生了丝丝疑虑，而发出“知他深深约，记得否”的疑问，这是发自心底的一问。
总观这首词，上下片各有四个层次，全从女子的角度着笔，自秋至春，由景及情；自分别至独处，由实境及前程，层层推进，多侧面地表现了一位相思中的女子，且写得疏淡雅静、含蕴深沉。这首词可称得上是一首颇有特色、不落俗套的词作。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
