风拍波惊，露零秋觉，断绿衰红江上。艳拂潮妆，澹凝冰靥，别翻翠池花浪。过数点斜阳雨，啼绡粉痕冷。
宛相向。指汀洲、素云飞过，清麝洗、玉井晓霞佩响。寸藕折长丝，笑何郎、心似春荡。半掬微凉，听娇蝉、声度菱唱。伴鸳鸯秋梦，酒醒月斜轻帐。
法曲献仙音·秋晚红白莲鉴赏
“法曲献仙音”，又名“越女镜心”、“献仙音”。陈旸《乐书》：“法曲兴于唐，其声始出清商部，比正律差四律，有铙、钹、钟、磬之音。《献仙音》其一也。”又云：“圣朝法曲乐器，有琵琶、五弦筝、箜篌、笙笛、觱篥、方响、拍板，其曲所存，不过道调望瀛，小石献仙音而已。其余皆不复见矣。”《乐章集》、《清真集》并入“小石调”，《白石道人歌曲》入“大石调”。周、姜两家句豆大体相同。九十二字，前片八句三仄韵，后片九句五仄韵。前片结尾是以一去声字领下五言两句，后片结尾是以一去声字领下四言一句、六言一句，周、姜全同。
“风拍”三句。开头两句对仗。此言深秋时节，江湖上生长着的荷花，被风浪摧打得叶断梗折、花瓣零落，一派萧瑟之景。“艳拂”三句，言放在室中的盆栽荷花却仍旧生气勃勃，红白莲花随着金风在水盆上起伏不停。以此与上三句的江湖上荷花作比，并切入题意。“过数点”两句，言随着夕阳的折射，空中飘来几点雨丝。此种意境与辛弃疾《西江月·夜行黄沙道中》词中的“七八个星天外，两三点雨山前”，异曲同工，都写出了秋天的气候变化。雨丝挂在红白莲花上，使词人觉得莲花也在为秋尽冬临而流泪悲哀。
“宛相向”三句，述清晨莲花。言清晨，当玉井星坠向西边，彩霞从东方闪现之时，红白莲花随着微风发出飒飒的响声，并散发出浓郁的香气。它们相对而玉立，仿佛两个娇女子在喁喁而语，并指点着说：“你看，你看，有一朵白云已经飞过了那远处小岛的上空。”“玉井”，即参星下四小星名。“寸藕”两句。言盆栽荷花的藕根虽短，但是如果折断它，那未其藕丝是抽扯不绝的，这就是“藕断丝连”啊。词人由此又联想到自己与爱人虽也是分隔两地，但心常思之也。“何郎”，即三国时的何逊，人称粉面何郎。这里借代词人自己。“半掬”两句。“掬”，离也。此言红白莲若即若连，似乎也感受到深秋的微凉，再听见寒蝉凄切，仿佛正在歌着《菱唱》曲，使寒意更加浓厚。“伴鸳鸯”两句，言盆栽的红白莲像鸳鸯般双宿水上，词人对花饮酒，自是一大雅事也。可是他偏不写饮酒，而是写酒醒后才发觉人已在床上，时候也不早了。这一曲笔，道出此词其实是词人的追忆之作也。
全词以拟人手法，写活了红白双莲，并衬以词人自己的联想，写花即写人也。

吴文英（约1200～1260），字君特，号梦窗，晚年又号觉翁，四明（今浙江宁波）人。原出翁姓，后出嗣吴氏。与贾似道友善。有《梦窗词集》一部，存词三百四十余首，分四卷本与一卷本。其词作数量丰沃，风格雅致，多酬答、伤时与忆悼之作，号“词中李商隐”。而后世品评却甚有争论。
