译文
五更拂晓，晓月朦胧，正是百官上朝时。街头人声鼎沸，鼓乐齐鸣，科举高中的士子衣袂襟袖迎风飘飘，志得意满，骑马直奔朝廷面见君王。
花香满衣，祥云满路，衣上所绣的鸾凤绕身飞舞。彩色旌旗一队队绚烂如天上虹霓，绛红色仪仗一排排壮丽如彩霞，引领着中举的士子去拜见皇后。
注释
汹汹：人声鼎沸，声势盛大。
五更：天刚亮时，古代此刻朝君。
大罗天：省作“大罗”，道家认为是最高的一层天。据《西阳杂俎》卷二载：道家三界诸天数，三界外曰四人境，为常融、玉隆、梵度、贾奕四天；四人天外曰三清，即大赤、禹余、清微；三清上曰大罗。唐王维《送王尊师归蜀中拜扫》诗：“大罗天上神仙客，濯锦江头花柳春。”这里是指代朝廷。
霓旌绛节：彩色的旌旗一队队如天上虹霓，绛红色的仪仗一排排如彩霞呈现。霓（ní尼）：大气中有时跟虹同时出现的一种彩色光带。旌（jīng京）：古代的一种旗子，旗杆顶上用五色羽毛做妆饰。绛（jiàng酱）：暗红色。节：仪仗的一种。
玉华君：天帝，这里指皇帝。又解：玉华为仙女名，这里指皇后。
喜迁莺·人汹汹鉴赏
《喜迁莺》，一名《鹤冲天》。这首词写科举考试获胜者所受到君王接见的特殊待遇。
“人汹汹，鼓冬冬，襟袖五更风。”开篇就是一番人潮涌动，鼓声雷动的场面，“襟袖五更风”则表达了一种踌躇满志，春风得意的心境。“大罗天上月朦胧”一句，“大罗天”为道教用语，简称“大罗”。这里指代朝廷。“霓旌绛节一群群”，“霓旌绛节”总体指的是色彩鲜明、堂皇威严的皇家仪仗队。“玉华君”指天帝、玉帝，这里比喻人间的皇帝。又有说解“玉华”为仙女名，唐代李康成《玉华仙子歌》：“紫阳仙子名玉华，珠盘承露饵丹砂。”《云笈七签》卷四六：“玉童侍卫，玉华扶生。”那么，这里就应指皇后。
全词极写科举高中的士子们朝见皇帝皇后时的盛况和他们内心的喜悦之情。
