金启华（1919-2011），安徽来安人。1947年毕业于中央大学，获硕士学位。西南联合大学研究院肄业，中央大学文学硕士。历任中央大学、国立戏专、山东师大、南京师大教授，全国高等教育自学考试委员会中文专业委员，中国唐代文学学会、中国杜甫研究会、江苏诗词学会顾问，江苏省文联委员，江南杯诗词大奖赛评奖委员会主任委员，全球汉诗总会名誉理事等。曾任南京师范大学中文系教授。
