唐相刘光谦，生于公元682年，精通尚书、春秋，唐玄宗开元六年戊午进士及第（即公元718年），李隆基皇帝赠左正朝奉大夫赐鱼符袋；后拜兵部左侍郎、起居舍人、兵部尚书，位列亚卿、宰相，新旧唐书立传。与李白、杜甫、张果老同时人，开元二十六年学士院设立后为翰林学士之首，统领集贤院智囊团，深得玄宗器重，自署《幕阜八景》，主编合著有《御刊定礼记月令》等。德宗元年（公元780年）间，公无疾圆寂成仙，享寿98岁，按升仙故礼规安养于长庆寺东侧塔山风水宝地，称之“仙人坟”。
