陈爵，字良贵，福建南靖县人。明朝官吏。曾祖父陈纯仁。祖父陈锳，曾任训导。父亲陈肃。福建乡试第六十二名。天顺元年（1457年），参加丁丑科会试，得贡士第一百七十四名。殿试登进士第三甲第一百五十名。天顺四年（1460年）授揭阳令。任间劝农桑、兴教育，值岁饥，则多方设法赈灾。有海寇倡乱，“各据要害，割掠乡村，爵亲诣贼舟，谕以祸福，贼稍退。然凶势炽甚，民心震 怖”，很多人都想逃出城外，陈爵下令不准离城，并日夜筑城池。后海寇围城，身先士卒，坚持近一月，海寇败去。以功升为六品。
