范宗尹（1100年－1136年），字觉民，襄阳邓城（今湖北襄阳西北）人，南宋宰相。建炎三年（1129年），吕颐浩任相。范宗尹被召回，历任中书舍人、御史中丞、参知政事（副相），四年，代吕颐浩为相，授守尚书右仆射、同中书门下平章事兼御营使，年仅三十，史称“近世宰相年少，未有如宗尹者”。绍兴元年（1131年）二月辛巳，日有黑子，宗尹认为辅政无能，请求罢免，不许。晚年为秦桧所排挤，出京担任温州知州。绍兴六年（1136年），退居天台，不久卒，年三十七岁。
