张子明，（？～元至正二十三年（1363年）），朱元璋义军将领成员。1363年，陈友谅率军攻打洪都（今南昌），朱元璋守将朱文正奋力守城，经过一个多月的拼杀，双方伤亡惨重。朱文正，发现洪都的抵抗已经接近了极限，他于是派了张子明去找朱元璋搬救兵。张子明从洪都出发，去找朱元璋，为了保险起见，他白天不赶路，而是找地方睡觉，晚上趁人少才出发（有点类似倒时差）。这种没有效率的走路方法，使得他历经险阻，走了半个月才到应天找到了朱元璋。朱元璋他告诉让张子明带信给朱文正，表示救兵不久就到。张子明在返回途中，被陈友谅的士兵擒获，陈友谅亲自接见了张子明。
