字少阳，生卒年不详，宋代福建路兴化军仙游县人。解元。乾道五年（1169）进士。任归善县知县。时县尉将一些良民当作强盗逮捕。巽审讯、查明事实后，准备将良民释放。县尉贿赂上上下下的官员，决心要让良民坐牢。时惠州太守收了县尉的贿赂，到归善县衙去质问许巽。巽说：“执法严明，是我的责任。的确无罪的人，怎么可以当作罪犯？”太守明知理亏，不敢以权压他。巽于是放了那些良民。良民们感激说：“生我们，是我们的父母。再生我们，是我们的许知县。”
