译文
我曾梦见与你共同乘舟于太湖，雪白的浪花一望无际。梦醒之后满眼是庐山的倚天之峰。咱俩一生行色匆匆，都是江南的过客。迷离幻象、湖山清景，俱如飞梭过眼，转瞬即逝了。
随着西去的征帆，我心随帆驶，想到在澧阳行吟漂泊过的屈原，那里的香草也因为伟人的逝去而憔悴无华了，你的才华不减梦得，他谪居的武陵在这里的西南远方，又和你所要去的澧阳同是莫傜聚居之地，到了那边便可接续刘梦得的馀风，创作出可与刘禹锡的《竹枝词》媲美的“莫傜新唱”来，与千古名贤后先辉映。
注释
伯固：苏坚，他曾任杭州临税官，是苏轼得力助手。
震泽：太湖古称震泽。
接淅：指匆匆忙忙。
江南客：江南游子。
挂席：犹挂帆。谢灵运《游赤石进帆海》：“挂席拾海月。”
泪沾臆（yì）：沾臆，泪水浸湿胸前。
灵均：屈原的字。
澧（lǐ）阳兰芷（zhǐ）：澧阳，今湖南澧县。古代为澧州。
梦得：唐代诗人刘禹锡，字梦得，因参与政治改革失败被贬到朗州（今湖南常德）。在朗州十年，学习当地民歌，创作《竹枝词》等大量作品。
武陵：今湖南常德一带，古武陵地。唐代朗州。
《竹枝词》：本四川东部一带民歌，刘禹锡在湖南贬所，曾依屈原《九歌》，吸取当地俚曲，作《竹枝辞》九章。见《乐府诗集》卷八十一。
莫傜（yáo）：少数民族名称；即部分瑶族的古称。

这首词作于哲宗绍圣元年（1094年）。《全宋词》题下注云：“公尝有诗与苏伯固，其序曰：‘昔在九江，与苏伯固唱和，’其略曰：‘我梦扁舟浮震泽，雪浪横江千顷白。觉来满眼是庐山，倚天无数开青壁。’盖实梦也。然公诗复云：‘扁舟震泽定何时，满眼庐山觉又非。’”

归朝欢·我梦扁舟浮震泽鉴赏
这首词中以雄健的笔调，营造出纯真爽朗、境界阔大、气度昂扬的词境，抒写了作者的浩逸襟怀。全词气象宏阔，情致高健，堪称苏词中写离别的代表之作。
词的上片写作者与伯固同游庐山的所见所感。起首二句远远宕开一笔，从梦游震泽着笔。“我梦”二字想落天外，神气极旺。千顷白浪翻空摇舞，作者却棹一叶之扁舟，倘徉于这云水之间，显得那么从容自若。动与静、大与小对强烈而又鲜明，真可谓神来之笔，接下去，笔势一顿，借“觉来”二字转到眼前庐山胜景，只见青山蔚然深秀，千峰峭峙，拔地参天。震泽梦游与庐山清赏，虚实交映，相反相成，给人一种瑰丽多变、目不暇给的感觉。“雪浪摇空”，“青壁倚天”，如此奇丽之景，更是令人神往。
然而正当作者陶醉于这种似梦非梦的自然乐趣之中时，一缕悲凉之感却袭上心头，使他又回到了坎坷的现实中来。“此生长接淅”一句是他宦海浮沉的生动概括。“接淅”，本于《孟子·万章下》，此处用典，写东坡一生屡遭贬黜，充满了艰难挫折，这暂时的游赏，难以愈合他心灵之伤。“与君同是江南客”，上应“接淅”，写彼此之飘蓬，下启“飞梭”，言清欢之短暂。“梦中”三句收束前片，说迷离幻象、湖山清景，俱如飞梭过眼，转瞬即逝了。
过片另起一意，写对伯固的勉励。东坡与伯固交谊笃厚，曾叙宗盟，每遇离别，必有所作。只是此词作于衰暮，前程艰险，后会难期，故语气较前沉痛。
苏伯固赴任澧阳，大概也不是愉快的差使，所以东坡要用迁客骚人的典实来慰勉伯固。“明日”两句，点出送别。“挂席”即“挂帆”。扬帆西去，指苏坚的去处。随着西去的征帆，作者心随帆驶，由地及人，联想到那里行吟漂泊过的屈原。“灵均即屈原的别名。
“澧阳兰芷”，这些散发着屈原人格光辉的香草，也因为伟人的逝去而憔悴无华了。“灵均”从反面落笔，映衬与屈原并光辉的品格，二句同时又隐约地流露出希望苏坚追踵前贤，能写出使山川增色的作品来。“君才”以下各句，援引刘禹锡的故实，从正面着笔，写出了对苏坚的期望。写刘禹锡被贬之事，作者即以此鼓励老友，期望他在逆境中奋起，像屈原、刘禹锡那样写出光耀古今的作品来。“君才”二句，充满了期望：你的才华不减梦得，他谪居武陵这样的西南远方，又和你所要去的澧阳同是莫徭聚居之地，到了那边便可接续刘梦得的余风，创作出可与刘禹锡的《竹枝词》媲美的“莫徭新唱”来，让这个寂寞已久的澧浦夷山，能重新鸣奏出诗的合唱，与千古名贤后先辉映。“谁谓古今隔”，语出谢灵运《七里濑》诗：“谁谓古今殊，异代可同调。”东坡略加剪裁，用以煞尾，便有精彩倍增之妙。这首词横放而不失空灵，直抒胸臆而又不流于平直，是一篇独具匠心的佳作。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
