我梦扁舟浮震泽。雪浪摇空千顷白。觉来满眼是庐山，倚天无数开青壁。此生长接淅。与君同是江南客。梦中游，觉来清赏，同作飞梭掷。
译文：我曾梦见与你共同乘舟于太湖，雪白的浪花一望无际。梦醒之后满眼是庐山的倚天之峰。咱俩一生行色匆匆，都是江南的过客。迷离幻象、湖山清景，俱如飞梭过眼，转瞬即逝了。
注释：震泽：太湖古称震泽。接淅：指匆匆忙忙。。江南客：江南游子。
明日西风还挂席。唱我新词泪沾臆。灵均去后楚山空，澧阳兰芷无颜色。君才如梦得。武陵更在西南极。《竹枝词》，莫傜新唱，谁谓古今隔。
译文：随着西去的征帆，我心随帆驶，想到在澧阳行吟漂泊过的屈原，那里的香草也因为伟人的逝去而憔悴无华了，你的才华不减梦得，他谪居的武陵在这里的西南远方，又和你所要去的澧阳同是莫傜聚居之地，到了那边便可接续刘梦得的馀风，创作出可与刘禹锡的《竹枝词》媲美的“莫傜新唱”来，与千古名贤后先辉映。
注释：挂席：犹挂帆。泪沾臆：沾臆，泪水浸湿胸前。灵均：屈原的字。澧阳兰芷：澧阳，今湖南澧县。古代为澧州。梦得：唐代诗人刘禹锡。武陵：今湖南常德一带，古武陵地。唐代朗州。《竹枝词》：本四川东部一带民歌。莫傜：少数民族名称；即部分瑶族的古称。

苏轼（1037－1101），北宋文学家、书画家、美食家。字子瞻，号东坡居士。汉族，四川人，葬于颍昌（今河南省平顶山市郏县）。一生仕途坎坷，学识渊博，天资极高，诗文书画皆精。其文汪洋恣肆，明白畅达，与欧阳修并称欧苏，为“唐宋八大家”之一；诗清新豪健，善用夸张、比喻，艺术表现独具风格，与黄庭坚并称苏黄；词开豪放一派，对后世有巨大影响，与辛弃疾并称苏辛；书法擅长行书、楷书，能自创新意，用笔丰腴跌宕，有天真烂漫之趣，与黄庭坚、米芾、蔡襄并称宋四家；画学文同，论画主张神似，提倡“士人画”。著有《苏东坡全集》和《东坡乐府》等。
