梁介，字子辅，双流（今属四川）人。高宗绍兴二十七年（一一五七）进士。孝宗乾道元年（一一六五）除秘书省正字。二年，知彭州（《南宋馆阁录》卷八）。四年，迁利州路转运判官（《宋会要辑稿》选举三四之二一），徙知泸州。居岁馀，改泸南，兼安抚使。诏赴行在，道遇病，辞，得主管冲佑观。再召，又辞，除知遂宁府，未赴，卒。清嘉庆《四川通志》卷一四四有传。今录诗六首。
