我昔缆舟谒江干，曾觌帝子琼华颜。云涛激射雷电汹，殿阁硉兀鱼龙间。
此洲仙岛谁所构，面势轩豁规层澜。壶山峙秀倒影入，乾坤摆脱呈倪端。
粉墙丹桂辉掩映，华表耸突过飞峦。湘君小水幻灵骨，虞帝迹远何由攀。
银楼玉阁足官府，忠孝许入巫咸班。帝怜遐陬杂鲸鳄，柄授水府司人寰。
五云殿邃严侍卫，仙衣发驾朝天关。危樯出火海浪破，神鬼役使忘险艰。
灵旗毵㲚广乐振，长风万里翔孔鸾。平洲远屿天所划，古庙不独誇黄湾。
至人何心恋桑梓，如水在地行曲盘。升阶再拜荐脯藻，不以菲薄羞儒酸。
日谈书史得少暇，石桥潜度凭雕阑。诗成不觉肝胆醒，松桧蓊荟鸣玦环。
骑鲸散发出长啸，追逐缥渺乘风还。

元（公元一二八二年至一三六六年）字汝质，号去华山人，莆田人，洪岩虎之子。生于元世祖至元十九年，卒于惠宗至正二十六年，年八十五岁。尝官训导。希文的诗风，清遒激壮，有续轩渠集十卷，《四库总目》行于世。
