中部接戎塞，顽山四周遭。风冷木长瘦，石硗人亦劳。
牧守苟怀仁，痒之时为搔。其爱如赤子，始得无啼号。
奈何贪狼心，润屋沉脂膏。攫搏如猛虎，吞噬若狂獒。
山秃逾高采，水穷益深捞。龟鱼既绝迹，鹿兔无遗毛。
氓苦税外缗，吏忧笑中刀。大君明四目，烛之洞秋毫。
眷兹一州命，虑齐坠波涛。临轩诏小臣，汝往穷贪饕。
分明举公法，为我缓穷骚。小臣诚小心，奉命如煎熬。
饮冰不待夕，驱马凌晨皋。及此督簿书，游词出狴牢。
门墙见狼狈，案牍闻腥臊。探情与之言，变态如奸猱。
真非既巧饰，伪意乃深韬。去恶犹农夫，稂莠须耘耨。

舒元舆（791-835）字升远。婺州东阳上卢泉塘北人（又说浙江婺州兰溪垷坦人），其先祖曾任东阳郡守，祖父舒缜，授兰溪医学学训导、学正父敬之，母薛氏，其为长子。唐代大臣、诗人，唐元和八年（813）进士，初仕即以干练知名。曾任刑、兵两部侍郎，唐文宗时期两位宰相之一（兰溪历史上第一位官至宰相的人），另一宰相为李训，擅长写文章，有著作《舒元舆集》等，有作品被收录于《全唐诗》。舒元舆曾作《牡丹赋》，时人认为写得好。后来唐文宗赏牡丹时，吟诵其中词句，为舒元舆落泪哀悼。
