大茅先生上天司死生，每岁考校月之二日为嘉平。
至今华阳有仙会，会则鬼兽叫啸丹光明。
上帝又闵其人之枉死，必生仙医有如贞白者，代居山中救愚氓。
自从贞白上仙去，杏林剪伐橘井夷沟坑。
越七百岁乃有袖云氏，弱冠学道朝天京。
天子问道赐爵秩，师拂衣去还山自吹鸾凤笙。
不烧竹，不辟谷，不餐日月精，不役罡诀甲与丁。
人有奇疾弗能名，郁如病草无勾萌。
师一视，挛者伸，瞽者觌，跛者行。
门之无父咀之剂、针石之兵，惟有日两炊饭折足铛。
乃云太上亲传一管笔、三轴经，无忧祖师传至我，我奉行之无足惊！吾闻上古俞跗善疗疾，不施汤液、尚须皮毛解剥净洗五藏腥，如何三经一笔乃尔灵！人报以金掷之如瓦砾，以廉售欲岂比长安清，亦何必隐居辛苦注草经。
呜呼，人生喜怒悲乐病易成，须发日槁为星星。
便从炼炼师乞浆啖火枣，青华定录共见茅君盈。

杨维桢（1296—1370）元末明初著名诗人、文学家、书画家和戏曲家。字廉夫，号铁崖、铁笛道人，又号铁心道人、铁冠道人、铁龙道人、梅花道人等，晚年自号老铁、抱遗老人、东维子，会稽（浙江诸暨）枫桥全堂人。与陆居仁、钱惟善合称为“元末三高士”。杨维祯的诗，最富特色的是他的古乐府诗，既婉丽动人，又雄迈自然，史称“铁崖体”，极为历代文人所推崇。有称其为“一代诗宗”、“标新领异”的，也有誉其“以横绝一世之才，乘其弊而力矫之”的，当代学者杨镰更称其为“元末江南诗坛泰斗”。有《东维子文集》、《铁崖先生古乐府》行世。
