南昌赵氏子，早岁遭艰虞。骨肉不相保，万国为囚俘。
释缚燕赵间，遂为郑家奴。荡荡天宇阔，亹亹日月徂。
转瞬四十年，朝夕劳且劬。主翁岂无恩，不得齐民俱。
主翁父子没，悉力持且扶。有客南昌来，解后谈厥初。
问知家中事，五内犹摧刳。父兄死未葬，有母八十馀。
再拜主母前，涕泗下涟如。委曲陈其情，愿母哀其愚。
主母为之悲，暂许奉康娱。星言整去装，策马登长途。
山川日以异，旬朔奄相踰。日暮不留行，忽已臻其庐。
升堂拜慈母，再世得相于。恸哭父兄前，邻里皆欷歔。
生者幸少慰，死者归黄垆。主恩不可忘，母养不可虚。
黾勉与母辞，复返郑氏居。主母惊且喜，左右咸欢呼。
赵子令至前，授以咫尺书。汝孝通神明，汝义薄天衢。
永为故乡民，汝去初踌躇。赵子再拜谢，洒血满襟裾。
主恩一未报，何用早归欤。主翁积忠劳，封谥焉可无。
穹碑表墓毕，逝将还故墟。主翁有遗嗣，无罪倏见诛。
奋身伏王庭，誓死诉冤诬。白日回其光，天道划昭苏。
岂独全郑门，高风动皇都。滔滔天下者，回首成榛芜。
安知磊落人，沦此氓隶徒。飞檄下九天，大字旌其闾。
郁郁文献邦，盛事映梅徐。母寿涉千龄，闻有驷马车。
吾闻善必报，此理天不渝。我作忠孝诗，永激顽懦夫。

程钜夫（1249年—1318年），初名文海，因避元武宗海山名讳，改用字代名，号雪楼，又号远斋。建昌（今江西南城）人，祖籍郢州京山（今属湖北）。元朝名臣、文学家。程钜夫少与吴澄同门。南宋末年，随叔父降元，入为质子。因受元世祖赏识，累迁至集贤直学士，并参与编修《成宗实录》、《武宗实录》。延祐五年（1318年）去世，年七十。泰定二年（1325年），追赠大司徒、柱国，追封楚国公，谥号“文宪”。程钜夫历事四朝，为当时名臣，其文章雍容大雅，诗亦磊落俊伟。有《雪楼集》三十卷。
