瀛海无垠，波涛吐吞。涵浴日月，参契鬼神。怪山如云自天坠，万丈壁立蛟为门。
南有金鸡之俯啄，北有猛虎之雄蹲。值狞飙兮奋扬，束怒潮兮腾奔。
掷玉毬兮干霄，洒轻雾兮飞尘。雪山冰崖之可怖可愕兮，帆樯簸荡不可遏，恍疑下上于星辰。
晨鸡一鸣海色白，层霞绚彩光如璊。纵横闪铄缚不定，海神推上黄金盆。
灵境飘摇在世外，髣髴直至扶桑村。何人结屋于其间，云是甬东才子开琼关。
云间吹箫双鹤下，坐聆环佩声珊珊。有时共谈三十六洞之秘笈，绿文赤字可以镌苍顽。
猿拾花兮春片，鱼泳昼兮晴湾。日媚嫣红桃点点，风入凉翠松翻翻。
中襟濯尽万斛之黄埃兮，不知声利是何物，便思紫府跻真班。
黄鹤山人列仙儒，九霞为冠青绡裾。手提五色珊瑚株，幻出一幅真形图。
令人毛骨动飒爽，思乘灏气超清都。清都中有十二楼，往来尽入琼姬俦。
金符玉节锦臂韝，白台度曲弹箜篌，双成按拍歌莫愁。
我愁正孤绝，我兴欲飞越，矫首东望神光发。蓬壶春残瑶草殷，麟洲芝生翠环结。
我爱仙人萼绿华，面如莲花双鬓鸦。几年相期饭胡麻，至今不来云路遐。
何须龙虎鼎中求丹砂，何须天河稳泛牛斗槎。但令坎离交媾翻三车，气毋不动生黄芽。
我赋蛟门歌，细看铜狄时摩娑。长绳孰为羁羲娥，白石应泐金还磨。

宋濂（1310—1381）字景濂，号潜溪，别号玄真子、玄真道士、玄真遁叟。汉族，浦江（今浙江浦江县）人，元末明初文学家，曾被明太祖朱元璋誉为“开国文臣之首”，学者称太史公。宋濂与高启、刘基并称为“明初诗文三大家”。他因长孙宋慎牵连胡惟庸党案而被流放茂州，途中病死于夔州。他的代表作品有《送东阳马生序》、《朱元璋奉天讨元北伐檄文》等。
