《寄韩潮州愈》翻译及注释

此心曾与木兰舟，直到天南潮水头。
译文：我的心与你相随共同乘上木兰舟，一直到达遥远的天南潮水的尽头。
注释：木兰舟：用木兰树造的船。后常用为船的美称，并非实指木兰木所制。潮水：河流名，今名韩江，流经潮州。
隔岭篇章来华岳，出关书信过泷流。
译文：隔着五岭你的诗章传到华山西麓，出了蓝关我的书信越过泷水急流。
注释：岭：指五岭。华岳：即西岳华山。篇章：指韩愈《左迁至蓝关示侄孙湘》一诗。关：指蓝关。泷流：即泷水，自湖南流入广东，唐时称虎溪。
峰悬驿路残云断，海浸城根老树秋。
译文：险峰上驿路高悬被片片流云遮断，海涛汹涌浸蚀城根棵棵老树含秋。
注释：驿路：驿道；大道。残云：零散稀疏的云。城根：犹城脚。一作“城闉（yīn）”。
一夕瘴烟风卷尽，月明初上浪西楼。
译文：总有一天狂风将把瘴气扫除干净，到那时月色明朗开始高照浪西楼。
注释：瘴烟：湿势蒸发而致人疾病的烟气。浪西楼：潮州的一处楼阁，具体情况不详。

贾岛（779～843年），字浪（阆）仙，唐代诗人。汉族，唐朝河北道幽州范阳县（今河北省涿州市）人。早年出家为僧，号无本。自号“碣石山人”。据说在洛阳的时候后因当时有命令禁止和尚午后外出，贾岛做诗发牢骚，被韩愈发现其才华。后受教于韩愈，并还俗参加科举，但累举不中第。唐文宗的时候被排挤，贬做长江主簿。唐武宗会昌年初由普州司仓参军改任司户，未任病逝。
