两汉：曹操
晨上散关山，此道当何难。
译文：早晨，行进在散关山上，道路是多么地艰难！
注释：秋胡行：乐府旧题，属《相和歌·清调曲》。散关：即大散关。在陕西省宝鸡市西南大散岭上。当秦岭咽喉，扼川陕间交通，为古代兵家必争之地。当何难：应当多么艰难。
晨上散关山，此道当何难。
译文：早晨，行进在散关山上，道路是多么地艰难！
牛顿不起，车堕谷间。
译文：健牛因困顿倒下，倾刻间，车辆坠入山谷。
注释：顿：停顿。堕：掉下，坠落。
坐盘石之上，弹五弦之琴，
译文：坐在大石头上，弹起五弦琴，心中有许多感慨。
注释：盘石：似盘之石，即磐石、大石，喻稳定坚固。五弦之琴：五弦琴，古琴。
作为清角韵。意中迷烦，
译文：那音调凄怨的清角古曲啊，让我感到迷乱和烦忧。
注释：清角韵：以清角曲的歌辞为韵脚。清角，角，古代五音之一。古人以为角音清，故曰清角。意中：心意之中。迷烦：迷惑烦恼。
歌以言志。晨上散关山。
译文：早晨，我终于登上了散关山，写下这首诗来表达我的心意。
注释：言志：表明心志。
有何三老公，卒来在我傍，
译文：有三位不知名的老翁，突然来到我的身旁。
注释：有何：有什么。三老公：三个老人。应是对道家的三天尊的戏称。卒：突然。同“猝”。仓促，急速。

译文：有三位不知名的老翁，突然来到我的身旁。
负揜被裘，似非恒人，
译文：他们身穿狐裘，外披罩衣，看起来不像是平常人。
注释：负揜：背负着遮掩物。揜，弇，遮蔽，掩藏。应是指头顶华盖。被裘：披着裘衣。恒人：永恒的人，常人，一般的人。
谓卿云何困苦以自怨？
译文：问我为什么会这样地困苦和自我怨恨呢？
注释：谓：说道。卿云：公卿说。何：什么，多么，如此。以：而。自怨：自怨自艾。
徨徨所欲，来到此间？
译文：为什么会心神不安地来到这里？心中有什么欲求？
注释：徨徨：彷徨貌。心惊不宁貌。所欲：有所欲求，想要点什么。
歌以言志。有何三老公。
译文：三位不知名的老翁啊，我要用诗歌表达我的心意？
我居昆仑山，所谓者真人。
译文：我们住在昆仑山，就是人们所说的神仙。
注释：我：曹操自己。多被解为仙人。昆仑山：在新疆西藏之间，西接帕米尔高原，东延入青海境内。势极高峻，多雪峰冰川。最高峰达七七一九米。古代神话传说，昆仑山是仙人所居，上有瑶池、阆苑、增城、悬圃等仙境。者真人：真人者，是真人者。
我居昆仑山，所谓者真人。
译文：我们住在昆仑山，就是人们所说的神仙。
道深有可得，名山历观。
译文：虽然成仙之道深不可测，但是只要诚心追求，就一定会得到。
注释：道深：道行深。有可得：有所得，有所得道。历观：游历观看，逐一地看。
遨游八极，枕石嗽流饮泉。
译文：我们遍观名山，遨游八方极远之处，枕着石头睡觉，用流水漱洗。
注释：八极：八方极远之地。嗽流：用流水漱口。嗽，漱。
沉吟不决，遂上升天，
译文：喝着山泉水，正当我犹豫不决的时候，三位老翁已经飞身上天了。
注释：沉吟：间断地低声自语，迟疑不决。遂：遂即。上：上腾。升天：升至天空。
歌以言志。我居昆仑山。
译文：用诗歌来表达我的心意，我们住在昆仑山。
去去不可追，长恨相牵攀，
译文：仙人走了，已经很难再追回来，我真恨自己为世事牵绊，不能追随他们而去。
注释：去去：去者已去。谓远去。永别，死。长恨：长长的恨意。牵攀：牵扯羁攀。

夜夜安得寐，惆怅以自怜。
译文：自从仙人走了以后，我每夜都不能安睡，惆怅哀怨啊，自我怜悯。
注释：安得寐：哪得入睡。惆怅：因失意或失望而伤感懊恼。自怜：自我怜惜。
正而不谲，辞赋依因。
译文：齐桓公德行端正，从来没有欺诈行为。因此，有德能的宁戚通过唱歌前去依附他。
注释：不谲：不诡诈。辞赋：歌辞诗赋。依因：依从因袭，顺应，利用。
经传所过，西来所传。
译文：经传记载了齐桓公西伐大夏的事情，这一功劳为后世传颂。
注释：经传：经典和传记，儒家典籍经与传的统称。经指有权威性的著作，传是阐释经文的著作。所过：所读过，所研习过。西来所传：西方所传来。西，应指西面的周朝或西方的乐曲，如乐府里的西方曲子。
歌以言志，去去不可追。
译文：用诗歌来表达我的心意，仙人离去不可追。

曹操（155年－220年正月庚子），字孟德，一名吉利，小字阿瞒，沛国谯（今安徽亳州）人，汉族。东汉末年杰出的政治家、军事家、文学家、书法家。三国中曹魏政权的缔造者，其子曹丕称帝后，追尊为武皇帝，庙号太祖。曹操精兵法，善诗歌，抒发自己的政治抱负，并反映汉末人民的苦难生活，气魄雄伟，慷慨悲凉；散文亦清峻整洁，开启并繁荣了建安文学，给后人留下了宝贵的精神财富，史称建安风骨，鲁迅评价其为“改造文章的祖师”。同时曹操也擅长书法，尤工章草，唐朝张怀瓘在《书断》中评其为“妙品”。
