共工赫怒，天维中摧。
译文：安禄山像上古的共工那样狂怒，把大唐帝国搅得天翻地覆。
注释：共工：古代传说中的人物，与颛顼争夺帝位，怒触不周山。参见《列子》《淮南子》。赫怒：勃然震怒。天维：天的纲维，喻国家的纲纪。
鲲鲸喷荡，扬涛起雷。
译文：在大海中翻腾震荡，雷霆般掀起万丈狂澜。
注释：鲲：北溟大鱼也。鲸：亦海中大鱼。
鱼龙陷人，成此祸胎。
译文：朝中君臣相猜终于种下了今日的祸胎。
注释：祸胎：祸根。
火焚昆山，玉石相磓。
译文：安史之乱犹如大火焚烧昆仑，玉石俱碎难逃此灾。
注释：玉石相磓：《尚书·胤征》：“火炎昆冈，玉石俱焚。”《广韵》：“磓，落也。”
仰希霖雨，洒宝炎煨。
译文：我仰告苍天快降大雨，浇灭这叛乱的火海。
注释：煨：灰烬。
箭发石开，戈挥日回。
译文：精诚所至李广能箭发石开，鲁阳挥戈连日神也不得不徘徊。
注释：箭发石开：李广出猎，见草中石以为虎，遂发箭射之箭入石，连箭翎都隐没不见，事见《史记·李将军列传》。戈挥日回：即挥戈回日。
邹衍恸哭，燕霜飒来。
译文：邹衍含冤而大哭，盛夏的燕国竟被寒霜覆盖。
注释：邹衍：战国齐人。
微诚不感，犹絷夏台。
译文：我的忠诚感动不了上苍，至今犹被囚禁在夏台。
注释：夏台：又名均台，在今河南禹县南。夏台为夏代狱名。
苍鹰搏攫，丹棘崔嵬。
译文：狱吏们都像苍鹰搏击般凶狠，狱墙插满了荆棘。
注释：苍鹰：汉景帝时中郎将郅都，行法严酷，不畏贵戚，时号“苍鹰”。事见《史记·酷吏列传》。丹棘：古时大理寺植棘，因借指大理寺。
豪圣凋枯，王风伤哀。
译文：即使是大圣人也要憔悴，如今我才体会到《王风》的伤怀。
注释：王风：为《诗经》十五国风之一。其音哀以思，后用为王道衰微之象征。
斯文未丧，东岳岂颓。
译文：然而老天毕竟未丧斯文，泰山巍然岂会崩坏？
注释：东岳：即泰山。
穆逃楚难，邹脱吴灾。
译文：穆生逃离楚国免遭日后之难，邹阳劝说吴王也脱去了祸灾。
注释：穆：穆生，汉代鲁人。楚元王刘交对其非常尊重，因知穆生不好酒。故每次妄会时都专为其设酸（一种低度甜酒）。后刘交的孙子刘戊即位，忘设酸，穆生知其意怠，恐遭不测，遂称病而去。
见机苦迟，二公所咍。
译文：而我却见机苦迟，二位定会讥笑书生愚呆。
注释：二公：指穆生、邹阳二位。咍：笑。
骥不骤进，麟何来哉！
译文：良马不会骤进求用，出非其时麒麟又何必出来？
注释：骤进：速进。
星离一门，草掷二孩。
译文：一家人星散各处，仓促间也没安排好二孩。
注释：星离：如天星分散，形容骨肉分离。二孩：指李白的孩子平阳、伯禽。
万愤结缉，忧从中催。
译文：悲愤万端郁结胸中，忧历不已令人伤怀。
注释：结缉：郁结不解。
金瑟玉壶，尽为愁媒。
译文：弹琴饮酒，又怎能解愁？
注释：金瑟：精美的瑟。玉壶：玉制的酒壶。
举酒太息，泣血盈杯。
译文：举杯长叹，杯中斟满的分明是血泪之酒。
台星再朗，天网重恢。
译文：崔大人台星高照，网开一面您高抬贵手。
注释：天网：法网。恢：宽大。
屈法申恩，弃瑕取材。
译文：放宽刑罚法外开恩，不计过失让我重新得救。
注释：屈法申恩：放宽刑罚，弃小过重大节。
冶长非罪，尼父无猜。
译文：公冶长无罪，孔仲尼信任依旧。
注释：尼父：孔子的尊称。
覆盆傥举，应照寒灰。
译文：让倒扣的盆子重见天日，我死灰复燃依然抖擞。
注释：覆盆：反扣的盆子。覆盆倘举，希望能够重见天日，昭雪冤狱。寒灰：死灰。

李白（701年－762年），字太白，号青莲居士，唐朝浪漫主义诗人，被后人誉为“诗仙”。祖籍陇西成纪(待考)，出生于西域碎叶城，4岁再随父迁至剑南道绵州。李白存世诗文千余篇，有《李太白集》传世。762年病逝，享年61岁。其墓在今安徽当涂，四川江油、湖北安陆有纪念馆。
