两汉：曹操
天地间，人为贵。
译文：万物生于天地，人类高贵无比。
注释：度关山：乐府旧题，属《相和歌·相和曲》。
立君牧民，为之轨则。
译文：设立君主管理百姓，成为世上正常规矩。
注释：牧：养育管理。轨则：法度、准则。轨，应遵循的规则。
车辙马迹，经纬四极。
译文：天子车辙国君马迹，畅通天下纵横各地。
注释：经纬：原指道路，南北之道为经，东西之道为纬。这里用作动词，指经由东西南北道路。四极：四方极远之地。四境。
黜陟幽明，黎庶繁息。
译文：决定人才优劣升降，掌握百姓繁衍生息。
注释：黜陟幽明：贬退不明事理的人，提拔干练的人。黜，降职或罢免。陟，提升，升迁。幽明，分别指昏庸者和德才兼备者。黎庶：黎民庶民，即百姓。繁息：指人繁殖生息。
於铄贤圣，总统邦域。
译文：我要赞美圣贤君主，他们总管国家疆域。
注释：於铄：唔呀闪烁。总统：总揽，总管。邦域：国家，邦国的疆域。
封建五爵，井田刑狱，
译文：分封诸侯授给官爵，建立井田颁布法律。
注释：封建：封赏建立，封邦建国。五爵：指公、侯、伯、子、男五等爵位。井田：周代的土地制度。以方九百亩为一里，划为九区，形如“井”字，故名。刑狱：刑罚狱讼。
有燔丹书，无普赦赎。
译文：宁烧丹书废除刑罚，也不乱开释罪先例。
注释：燔：焚烧。丹书：古代用朱笔记载犯人罪状的文书。一说指传说中赤雀所衔的瑞书，即《洛书》。无普：不能普及。赦赎：允许犯人用钱物赎免罪刑。
皋陶甫侯，何有失职。
译文：舜时皋陶周时甫侯，作为狱官错在哪里？
注释：皋陶：亦作“皐陶”。亦作“皋繇”。传说虞舜时的司法官。狱官或狱神的代称。甫侯：一作“吕侯”，周穆王时任司寇。泛指司法官。
嗟哉后世，改制易律。
译文：可惜可叹后代人们，制度办法统统改易。
注释：嗟哉：感叹词。改制易律：更改制度变换律法。
劳民为君，役赋其力。
译文：驱使百姓辛劳奉君，摊派徭役榨取民力。
注释：劳民：使人民劳苦。役赋：劳役赋税。
舜漆食器，畔者十国，
译文：虞舜下令漆饰食具，激起众国纷纷叛离。
注释：舜漆食器：虞舜用漆器为食器。食器，饮食用具。畔者：叛离者。畔，同“叛”。
不及唐尧，采椽不斫。
译文：哪如唐尧俭朴实在，用柞做椽且不削齐。
注释：采椽不斫：采用柞木作椽，不加砍凿修整。椽，放在檩上架着屋顶的木条。
世叹伯夷，欲以厉俗。
译文：难怪世人赞赏伯夷，盼望搞好社会风气。
注释：伯夷：商朝末年孤竹君的长子。厉俗：激励世俗。厉，劝勉。
侈恶之大，俭为共德。
译文：奢侈本是最大罪恶，节俭美德不容怀疑。
注释：侈恶：奢侈的罪恶。俭为共德：言节俭是上下一致遵守的道德。
许由推让，岂有讼曲。
译文：许由不肯接受天下，难道需要辨出道理？
注释：许由：传说中的隐士。相传尧想把天下让给许由，许由不肯接受，并且认为是对他的侮辱。讼曲：打官司，辨曲直。
兼爱尚同，疏者为戚。
译文：只要实行兼爱尚同，再疏也会和睦亲密。
注释：兼爱：同时共爱。墨子提倡的一种伦理学说。尚同：崇尚同德。墨子的政治思想。戚：亲近。

曹操（155年－220年正月庚子），字孟德，一名吉利，小字阿瞒，沛国谯（今安徽亳州）人，汉族。东汉末年杰出的政治家、军事家、文学家、书法家。三国中曹魏政权的缔造者，其子曹丕称帝后，追尊为武皇帝，庙号太祖。曹操精兵法，善诗歌，抒发自己的政治抱负，并反映汉末人民的苦难生活，气魄雄伟，慷慨悲凉；散文亦清峻整洁，开启并繁荣了建安文学，给后人留下了宝贵的精神财富，史称建安风骨，鲁迅评价其为“改造文章的祖师”。同时曹操也擅长书法，尤工章草，唐朝张怀瓘在《书断》中评其为“妙品”。
