缭墙重院，时闻有、啼莺到。绣被掩余寒，画幕明新晓。朱槛连空阔，飞絮无多少。径莎平，池水渺。日长风静，花影闲相照。
译文：高墙环绕重重深院，耳畔不时传来燕啼莺嗽。绣被抵御拂晓的残寒，画阁辉映朝霞的璀灿。朱红的栏杆拥抱水天的空阔，飞舞的柳絮呵，何处才是你的边沿？路上的青草，平整如剪;池中的春水，宽阔渺远。春日迟迟，风也似在偷懒—花枝，把身影投向悠闲的水面。
注释：谢池春慢：词牌名，慢词，与六十六字令词《谢池春》不同。双调九十字，仄韵格。玉仙观：在汴京城南,是当时游人游春的名胜场所。谢媚卿：北宋名伎。缭墙重院：高墙缭绕的深宅大院。朱槛：红淳窗提。画阁朱槛均指精美的建筑。径莎平：路上长满了莎草。
尘香拂马，逢谢女、城南道。秀艳过施粉，多媚生轻笑。斗色鲜衣薄，碾玉双蝉小。欢难偶，春过了。琵琶流怨，都入相思调。
译文：尘雾的余香轻拂着马的鞍，谢媚卿呵，与你幸会在城南路边。面容，比敷过胭脂还更觉秀艳，微笑，似妩媚的歌声在耳边震颤。色彩入时，着一身薄薄的春衫，面容如玉，鬓发似透明的双蝉。相见恨晚，相爱恨晚，春天呵，离我们越去越远？听，琵琶的旋律似流水潺潺——流呵，流不尽的是相思的幽怨。
注释：尘香拂马：指往玉仙观途中，尘土和着花香扑面而来。

张先（990－1078），字子野，乌程（今浙江湖州吴兴）人。北宋时期著名的词人，曾任安陆县的知县，因此人称“张安陆”。天圣八年进士，官至尚书都官郎中。晚年退居湖杭之间。曾与梅尧臣、欧阳修、苏轼等游。善作慢词，与柳永齐名，造语工巧，曾因三处善用“影”字，世称张三影。
