香靥深深，姿姿媚媚，雅格奇容天与。自识伊来，便好看承，会得妖娆心素。临歧再约同欢，定是都把、平生相许。又恐恩情，易破难成，未免千般思虑。
译文：清香的脸蛋有深深的酒窝，姿态妩媚动人，这特殊容颜和高雅气质仿佛是老天赐予的。自认识她以来，得她殷勤看顾，也了解到她的情愫芳心。想在分别之时再约她一起欢聚，那么，我们肯定都会像恋人一样互许平生。可我又害怕恩情破碎容易，成全却很难，不由得思绪万千。
注释：击梧桐：词牌名，柳永所作此词为双调一百八字，见《乐章集》，注“中吕调”。前段十句四仄韵，后段九句四仄韵。靥：酒窝。雅格：典雅格致。天与：天生的。好看承：好好看待，小心护持。妖娆：娇艳美好。临歧：当歧路而分手时。
近日书来，寒暄而已，苦没忉忉言语。便认得、听人教当，拟把前言轻负。见说兰台宋玉，多才多艺善词赋。试与问、朝朝暮暮。行云何处去。
译文：最近她写给我的信中，只是寒暄几句，没有那种絮絮叨叨亲切的言语。于是便想到了，她准是听了别人的教唆，想把曾经的海誓山盟辜负。听说在兰台公子宋玉多才多艺，善词着赋。试问，我们的爱情本当像楚王和巫山神女那样朝云暮雨，相爱相欢，可行云将往何处去呢？
注释：忉忉：絮絮叨叨，指那些亲昵的话语。认得、听人教当：皆是使人认为的意思。见说：听说。兰台宋玉：宋玉《风赋》：“楚襄王游于兰台之官，宋玉、景差侍。”后人遂把“兰台”和宋玉连称，或称宋玉为“兰台公子”。试与问：试问。此下二句用《高唐赋》典，巫山神女自称“旦为朝云，暮为行雨”，后人便将“朝朝暮暮”形容爱人之间的感情极好，朝夕不离，犹云：本当朝朝暮暮相守，可你将往何处去呢？对对方的疏离表达怨望之情。

柳永，（约987年—约1053年）北宋著名词人，婉约派代表人物。汉族，崇安（今福建武夷山）人，原名三变，字景庄，后改名永，字耆卿，排行第七，又称柳七。宋仁宗朝进士，官至屯田员外郎，故世称柳屯田。他自称“奉旨填词柳三变”，以毕生精力作词，并以“白衣卿相”自诩。其词多描绘城市风光和歌妓生活，尤长于抒写羁旅行役之情，创作慢词独多。铺叙刻画，情景交融，语言通俗，音律谐婉，在当时流传极其广泛，人称“凡有井水饮处，皆能歌柳词”，婉约派最具代表性的人物之一，对宋词的发展有重大影响，代表作 《雨霖铃》《八声甘州》。
