杨子谈经所，淮王载酒过。
译文：西汉的扬雄读书写字的贫穷住所，淮南王刘安带着酒过去一起狂饮。
注释：杨子：指西汉扬雄（一作杨雄）。此处以杨子比杨氏。淮王：指汉淮南王刘安，这里借指岐王。
兴阑啼鸟换，坐久落花多。
译文：兴尽才发现鸣叫的鸟儿已经换了种类，坐的时间太长，以至丁地上的落花也多了起来。
注释：兴阑：兴尽。
径转回银烛，林开散玉珂。
译文：穿行在曲折的林径，烛光闪闪，等走出去后眼前豁然开朗。
注释：迳转：山路曲折回环。银烛：白亮如银的烛光。此处也可能是火炬(晋代以前称为烛)而非蜡烛。开：舒展，开豁。散玉珂：指骑马从游者各自分散而游。玉珂：马勒上的玉饰。
严城时未启，前路拥笙歌。
译文：一直游玩到凌晨回城，城门还未开启，一路余兴未尽，照样笙歌相伴。
注释：严：戒夜。拥：谓群聚而行。指归来时，奏乐者走在队伍之前。唐时亲王出行，卤簿中有鼓吹乐，故云。笙歌：合笙之歌。也可指吹笙唱歌或奏乐唱歌。

王维（701年－761年，一说699年—761年），字摩诘，汉族，河东蒲州（今山西运城）人，祖籍山西祁县，唐朝诗人，有“诗佛”之称。苏轼评价其：“味摩诘之诗，诗中有画；观摩诘之画，画中有诗。”开元九年（721年）中进士，任太乐丞。王维是盛唐诗人的代表，今存诗400余首，重要诗作有《相思》《山居秋暝》等。王维精通佛学，受禅宗影响很大。佛教有一部《维摩诘经》，是王维名和字的由来。王维诗书画都很有名，非常多才多艺，音乐也很精通。与孟浩然合称“王孟”。
