山亭水榭秋方半，凤帏寂寞无人伴。愁闷一番新，双蛾只旧颦。
译文：远处山上的小亭依稀可见，近处水上的楼台尽入眼底。一个人躺在帷帐之中，无人相伴。双眉上还是旧愁，心中又添了新愁。
注释：榭：建于高台或水面（或临水）之木屋。凤帏：闺中的帷帐。蛾：眉毛。螺子黛乃女子涂眉之颜料，其色青黑，或以代眉毛。眉细如蛾须，乃谓蛾眉。更有以眉代指美人者。颦：作动词为皱眉，作形容词为忧愁。
起来临绣户，时有疏萤度。多谢月相怜，今宵不忍圆。
译文：转身起来，坐在窗前，眼前不时有流萤飞过。抬着望着天空一轮明月，想必是明月也怜惜我的忧愁，不忍变圆满。
注释：绣户：解释华丽的居室，多指女子的住所。疏萤：指萤火点点，忽明忽暗。

朱淑真（约1135~约1180），号幽栖居士，宋代女诗人，亦为唐宋以来留存作品最丰盛的女作家之一。南宋初年时在世，祖籍歙州（治今安徽歙县），《四库全书》中定其为“浙中海宁人”，一说浙江钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。生于仕宦之家。夫为文法小吏，因志趣不合，夫妻不睦，终致其抑郁早逝。又传淑真过世后，父母将其生前文稿付之一炬。其余生平不可考，素无定论。现存《断肠诗集》、《断肠词》传世，为劫后余篇。
