羽毛之美其类众，雉曰吐绶世尤重。
灵姿异禀来何方，有客携持自咸雍。
朱笼驯习绣墩调，珍贵不与常禽共。
庭前爱玩不能已，欲买未有千金俸。
一座嘉宾共诧夸，留连为倒春醪瓮。
送将题目与诗人，要待清才如屈宋。
斑斑赤质闹花纹，瓅瓅明珠络衣缝。
暖风晴日正间暇，绮翼丹趺时{上髟下东}忪。
垂胡两组锦舒张，约发双笄玉浮动。
倏忽披开叠胜文，蒙茸乱绾青丝综。
初疑瑞草衔鹘啄，又讶牦缨彯马鞚。
行縢赤芾交胫足，羽服袿衣曳霓蝀。
汉官绶{上艹下戾}何须染，郑公书带徒劳种。
引颈才盈尺寸间，镂彩盘绦无缺空。
未容俯近复卷收，顷刻无由发清哢。
向人顾盼虽无言，奋臆犹如将告控。
有生之乐贵得所，所乐山林殊市哄。
斥鷃飞翔本蓬蒿，鷾鸸社稷存梁栋。
不慕爰居享钟鼓，要逐凫鹥唼菰葑。
临流照影刷羽翰，朝飞求偶随群从。

主人提挈诚厚恩，岂若郊原使间纵。
我闻章服以旌礼，物有等威须折衷。
鞶囊厉带最光华，宠锡或招三褫讼。
惟兹异类亦何知，被服文章安所用。
得非造化育群伦，美恶短长皆适中。
凡物有用固为灾，矫性伤生尤可痛。
介特一死古士挚，得时三嗅子路共。
晋室文裘或遭焚，羽山夏翟先修贡。
解颜亦取如皋获，离罦已入王诗讽。
旌旄甚盛见楚人，乐缀有数闻众仲。
嗟嗟才用既若斯，竄伏何由脱罗总。
今虽窘束苦笼槛，犹胜烹燖充调供。
徘徊且逐稻粱肥，莫厌庭除资好弄。
方今太平物遂性，异兽奇禽罢供奉。
庶民咸乐萃灵台，上苑虚开发云梦。
西雝既已翔振鹭，阿阁终当集灵凤。
佇见觚棱神爵栖，重歌蜀使碧鸡颂。
惟尔文华固异常，效祥荐祉宜飞羾。

（1020—1101）泉州同安人，徙居丹阳，字子容。苏绅子。仁宗庆历二年进士。知江宁。皇祐五年召试馆阁校勘，同知太常礼院。迁集贤校理，编定书籍。英宗即位，为度支判官。神宗立，擢知制诰，知审刑院，因奏李定拜官不合章法，落知制诰，出知婺州。元丰初，权知开封府，改沧州。奉旨编纂《鲁卫信录》。哲宗元祐初，除吏部尚书兼侍读，以邃于律历提举研制新浑仪。元祐七年拜右仆射兼中书侍郎，为相务使百官守法遵职，量能授任。后罢知扬州，徙河南。绍圣末致仕。有《苏魏公集》、《新仪象法要》、《本草图经》。
