君不见彭门之黄楼，楼角突兀凌山丘。云生雾暗失柱础，日升月落当帘钩。
黄河西来骇奔流，顷刻十丈平城头。浑涛舂撞怒鲸跃，危堞仅若杯盂浮。
斯民嚣嚣坐恐化鱼鳖，刺史当分天子忧。植材筑土夜运昼，神物借力非人谋。
河还故道万家喜，匪公何以全吾州。公来相基叠巨石，屋成因以黄名楼。
黄楼不独排河流，壮观弹压东诸侯。重檐斜飞掣惊电，密瓦莹静蟠苍虬。
乘闲往往宴宾客，酒酣诗兴横霜秋。沉思汉唐视陈迹，逆节怙险终何求。
谁令颈血溅砧斧，千载付与山河愁。圣祖神宗仗仁义，中原一洗兵甲休。
朝廷尊崇郡县肃，彭门子弟长欢游。长欢游，随五马，但看红袖舞华筵，不愿黄河到楼下。

郭祥正（1035～1113）北宋诗人。字功父，一作功甫，自号谢公山人、醉引居士、净空居士、漳南浪士等。当涂（今属安徽）人。皇祐五年进士，历官秘书阁校理、太子中舍、汀州通判、朝请大夫等，虽仕于朝，不营一金，所到之处，多有政声。一生写诗1400余首，著有《青山集》30卷。他的诗风纵横奔放，酷似李白。
