宋代：袁甫
壳坚于石，色白于雪。
仁在其中，香味清绝。
况之松子，格韵度越。
庭前柏树，视此亦劣。
松柏著土，其子乃结。
此仁无根，更何所著。
松柏有种，有枯有活。
此仁无种，生生不灭。
天不能灾，人不能伐。
吾欲令此仁普偏博，吾欲令此仁取不竭。
家家且足，可采可撷。
人人圆成，可咀可嚼。
初无奥旨，亦无秘诀。
不假思量，何劳论说。
个中浑全，了无分别。
仰见高山兮，石洞之穴。
俯此清泉兮，万古不个。

庆元府鄞县人，字广微。袁燮子。少承家学，又受业于杨简。宁宗嘉定七年进士。为秘书省正字，奏称内外局势可惧，请严守帅之选，兴屯田之利。迁校书郎，又言边事之病在内不在外。历任监司及州府官，所至兴利除弊。入为中书舍人，屡奏边事当以上流为急，议和恐误事。累官至权兵部尚书、兼吏部尚书。卒谥正肃。有《蒙斋集》等。
