出处两茫然，低徊每自怜。
本无经国术，仍乏买山钱。
故邑三千里，他乡二十年。
力微归计杳，身远客心悬。
桃李谁家树，禾麻傍舍田。
鹑衣秋屡结，蜗室岁频迁。
逝水终难复，寒灰更不然。
久要成龃龉，多病复沉绵。
俯仰衷情倦，栖迟野性便。
延徐谁下榻，访戴独回船。
耻洒穷途泣，闲修净土缘。
谈玄分上下，味道悉中边。

元末明初诗人、养生家，京城老字号“鹤年堂”创始人。 诗人，有《丁鹤年集》传世。 著名孝子，为明初十大孝子之一。以73岁高龄为母守灵达17载，直到90岁去世。《四库全书》中收录的《丁孝子传》和《丁孝子诗》即是他的事迹。诗开篇赞曰：“丁鹤年精诚之心上达九天，丁鹤年精诚之心下达九泉。”
