借屋复借屋，屋借恶客主人哭；本言借半暂居停，转瞬主人被驱逐。
亦有不逐主人者，日爨主薪食主谷；主人应役如奴婢，少不如意遭鞭扑。
或嫌湫隘再迁去，便将主屋向人鬻；间逞豪兴构新居，在在隙地任卜筑。
东邻取土西邻瓦，南邻移石北邻木；旬日之间庆落成，四邻旧巢皆倾覆。
加之警息朝夕传，土著尽编入册牍；昼不得耕夜不眠，执殳荷戈走仆仆。
此地聚庐数百年，贫富相安无觳觫；自从恶客逼此处，丁壮老稚泪盈目。
人言胡虏如长蛇，岂知恶客是短蝮！

卢若腾，又字海运，号牧洲；文号留庵。明末清初福建同安县金门贤厝人。1598年（明神宗万历廿八年）出生，1640年（明崇祯庚辰十三年）与潘湖黄锡衮同榜进士，授兵部主事，升郎中。尝官浙江布政使左参议，分司宁绍巡海道。驻宁波，兴利除弊，遣爱在民，有“卢菩萨”之称。他支持郑成功收复台湾并于1664年赴台投郑，至澎湖突然病重而卒。著有《留庵文集》、《方舆互考》、《岛噫诗》、《与耕堂随笔》、《岛居随录》等。
