玉堂清署春风前，焚香看画皆神仙。画中风物得真意，峰峦隐约披云烟。
大山如龙欲飞去，小山盘盘如虎踞。奔流一道破山来，散作涛声满江树。
远村微茫三两家，古渡无人横断槎。近村茆屋荫榆柳，门前沃土饶桑麻。
别有高亭向洲渚，斜日满帘水禽语。沧波浩浩欲吞天，蜃气昏昏欲成雨。
初疑匡庐山下落星湾，又似洞庭湖上之君山。琼宫贝阙倚霄汉，无乃蓬莱方丈非人间。
我生惯识山中乐，随意云楼与山阁。故乡一别今十年，石洞梅花几开落。
临图忽忆旧游踪，便欲沿溪上丘壑。此身留滞未应归，回首江天云漠漠。

明景泰二年（1451）状元及第，历任翰林院修撰，右春坊、右中允、詹事府少詹事兼翰林学士掌院事。奉命主持两京乡试一科、礼部会试二科，任东宫讲官、侍经筵等职。柯潜作品 所为文章、平妥整洁，诗律清婉。潜著有《竹岩集》一卷，文集一卷，及补遗一卷，均收录于《四库全书》，其诗冲澹清婉，文亦峻整有法。
