罗公萧散烟霞客，年馀五十头初白。田多种秫客满堂，公也千顷陂汪汪。
生绡落笔飞云雾，秀句掷地声琳琅。我本江湖澹荡者，青袍问旧来莲社。
下我堂中榻月馀，徜徉水石忘朝夜。腊梅照眼应悬弧，酒朋棋伴相招呼。
百年鼎鼎但行乐，胡为局蹐如辕驹。公今抱瓮同汉叟，坐使闾阎风俗厚。
况多玉树映庭阶，为公歌劝千金寿。

曾仕鉴，字明吾，一字人倩。南海人。明神宗万历十三年（一五八五）举人。二十年（一五九二）任内阁中书，历官户部主事。时值倭寇入侵，赵文懿延仕鉴画策。仕鉴著《兵略》上之，宋经略应昌得之，疏请加仕鉴职衔。仕鉴官侍从，尤留意民瘼，锦衣千户韦梦麒请采珠，仕鉴即上疏止之。又疏修屯政。会差趱南直隶白粮，乘便南还，遂不复出。有《庆历》、《公车》、《洞庭》、《罗浮》、《和杜》诸集。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三九有传。
