杯汝来前！老子今朝，点检形骸。甚长年抱渴，咽如焦釜；于今喜睡，气似奔雷。汝说“刘伶，古今达者，醉后何妨死便埋”。浑如此，叹汝于知己，真少恩哉！
译文：酒杯，你靠近我跟前来，老夫今天要整饬自身，不使它再受到伤害。为什么我经年累月酒喝若狂，喉咙干得像焦釜，真不自在；现在我终于患病疏懒嗜睡，一躺下便鼾声如雷。你却说：“刘伶是古今最通达的人，他说醉死何妨就地埋。”可叹啊，你对于自己的知心朋友，竟然会说出这样的话来，真是薄情少恩令人愤慨！
注释：沁园春：词牌名。又名“东仙”“寿星明”“洞庭春色”等。双调一百十四字，上片十三句四平韵，下片十二句五平韵。止酒：戒酒。汝：你，此指酒杯。点检形骸：检查身体。甚：说什么。抱渴：得了酒渴病，口渴即想饮酒。焦釜：烧糊的锅。气似奔雷：鼾声如雷。“汝说”句：《晋书·刘伶传》载，刘伶纵酒放荡，经常乘一辆车，带一壶酒，令人带着锄头跟随，并说“死便掘地以埋”。浑如此：竟然如此。
更凭歌舞为媒。算合作平居鸩毒猜。况怨无小大，生于所爱；物无美恶，过则为灾。与汝成言，勿留亟退，吾力犹能肆汝杯。杯再拜，道麾之即去，招则须来。
译文：再加上以歌舞作饮酒的媒介，算起来应该把酒当作鸩毒疑猜。何况怨恨不管是大是小，都产生于人们过分的钟爱；事物无论多么美好，喜爱过度也会变成灾害。现在我郑重地与你约定：“你不要再逗留，应当赶快离开，我的力量仍然可以将你摔坏。”酒杯惶恐地连连拜谢，说：“你赶我走，我就离去，招我来，我也一定再回来。”
注释：为媒：作为媒引，诱人饮酒。算合作：算起来应该看作。鸩毒：用鸩鸟羽毛制成的剧毒，溶入酒中，饮之立死。古时常以鸩酒杀人。成言：说定，约定。亟：急，快。肆：原指处死后陈尸示众。这里指打碎酒杯。再拜：古代一种隆重的礼节，先后拜两次。麾：同“挥”。

辛弃疾（1140－1207），南宋词人。原字坦夫，改字幼安，别号稼轩，汉族，历城（今山东济南）人。出生时，中原已为金兵所占。21岁参加抗金义军，不久归南宋。历任湖北、江西、湖南、福建、浙东安抚使等职。一生力主抗金。曾上《美芹十论》与《九议》，条陈战守之策。其词抒写力图恢复国家统一的爱国热情，倾诉壮志难酬的悲愤，对当时执政者的屈辱求和颇多谴责；也有不少吟咏祖国河山的作品。题材广阔又善化用前人典故入词，风格沉雄豪迈又不乏细腻柔媚之处。由于辛弃疾的抗金主张与当政的主和派政见不合，后被弹劾落职，退隐江西带湖。
